The Aspendos Theater was built during Emperor Aurelius’s reign by architect Zenon in 161-180 AD. We also learn that from the Greek and Latin inscriptions, the Aspendos Theater was commissioned by two wealthy brothers Crispinus and Auspicatus. Aspendos has the best well-preserved waterways, and aqueducts still can be seen today.

Aspendos Theatre was designed with a U-shaped style and leaned the slopes. It has 5 gates and still protects its acoustic and 20,000 people capacity and hosts the concerts even today.
