We pick you up from the hotel. Then, start to Daily Cappadocia Tour. Your guide will be introducing you the highlights of Cappadocia such as;
Devrent Valley; known as imagination valley or pink valley. The geological situation of Cappadocia gives different shapes and colours to the rocks. Some of them look like animals or human. In here, prominently there is a camel-shaped rock formation. Dervent valley is located in the North of Cappadocia between Urgup and Avanos road.
Love Valley, the valley is situated a few kilometers away from Goreme. Mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys are located here. Some of those cones split into severel cones on the upper side of the valley.
Avanos; situated on the North of Cappadocia by the Red River which is the longest river in Turkey. The name of the river derives from its red clay which they still make the most beautiful potteries in Turkey. Avanos is a local town where ancient streets, dwellings and the artisans can be seen there.
Göreme Open air Museum; dates back to the 2nd century A.D where the ascetic monks, adopted seclusion, had lived. There were their independent churches and monastries where they created a community. Today, the museum houses; St. Basil’s Church, Elmalı Church, Boys and Girls, St. Barbara Church, Serpent Church etc…
Esentepe Hill; located on the way to Goreme and Avanos road. As an observation hill, it gives you an opportunity to explore the landscape of Cappadocia where you can see the fairy chimneys and take remarkable photos.
Uchisar Castle; almost the peak point of Cappadocia which can be seen miles away, about 60 meters high and located on the edge of Goreme. It served as residential place to the locals for many years. The caves and the dwellings still exist on the slopes.
After the Cappadocia Tour, we drive back to your hotel.
