The biggest and the largest mosque in Turkey with a 63,000 capacity. The mosque was completed on 7 March 2019 and opened by President Erdogan with a ceremony. The mosque is located in Camlica Hill, which is the highest point of Istanbul near the Bosphorus, to see the mosque from every part of Istanbul.

Camlica Mosque was designed by two female architects Hayriye Gül Totu and Bahar Mızrak. The mosque has classical Ottoman architecture and a combination of the three great Ottoman Mosques; The Blue Mosque, Selimiye Mosque, and The Suleymaniye Mosque. The mosque has six minarets which are 90 meters and 72 meters dome.
