All Tours, Attractions, Travel Packages and offers on Romos Travel’s Websites are sold subject to the following conditions:

Hereafter be referred to as ‘Romos’.

RESERVATIONS
Following the confirmation of the Tour/Travel package by your side; to guarantee your seats, Romos requires the deposit payment via filling the form online or e-mail, or direct payment online.

BOOKINGS
After the deposit has been paid, Licensed tour operators from ROMOS will generate the tour package of your choice. This may take from  3 business days up to 7 business days maximum. Once completed we will send all confirmations via mentioned/given email.

PAYMENTS
Following the deposit payment by Credit Card or Bank Deposit, ‘Romos’ accept the rest of the payment by Credit Card, Bank Deposit or Cash (on Arrival, During the tour). If the card holder is not coming on tour, then we will send further documents to be completed by the card holder

NO SHOW & CANCELLATION
Except force majeure, If a customer fails to join a tour or leaves before tour completion,

%10 will be deducted from total fee as service charge if the reservation cancelled until 16+ days to tour beginning date.

%15 will be deducted from total fee as service charge if the reservation cancelled until 15 days to tour beginning date.

%30 will be deducted from total fee as service charge if the reservation cancelled until 3 days to tour beginning date.

%100 of total payment will be charged if the reservation cancelled 2 days befrore the tour begining date. No-refund by Romos will be made.

AMENDMENTS
Customers are able to amend the tour, however extra charges may be applied depending on price difference on new service/tour requested.

SERVICE
Romos Travel’s Tour operators of the ‘Tour’ or ‘Package’  are authorized to make bookings under the guests and follow up during the travel period. 24/7 guests have the rights to get in touch in case of any issue or emergency.

Romos has the rights to use suppliers in destinations.
Vehicle type may change in destinations.
Tour Guides may change in destinations.
If booked hotel in-short notice, Romos may change the service with an alternative or better option.
Romos monitors the flights however in case of any unforeseen circumstances guests need to inform Romos ahead of time.

INSURANCE
Romos is obliged to keep Health Insurance by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for each participant, therefore Romos require each participants ID and Passport’s required field details.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

AGREEMENT & APPROVAL
All Guests who will join the tours, paid the deposit, READ, UNDERSTOOD and AGREED to the Terms & Conditions of ROMOS.
